Warning...do not use this company! I waited 14 days for my things to arrive from Florida to NJ and all I got was lies from this company. I had 50 totes and a metal framed desk and bookcase, plus some other household items, such as my Electrox vacuum cleaner. Well, they broke so many of the totes and damaged my only 2 pieces of furniture, the desk and bookcase. They lied about where my things were and all I got was a run around. They must have been so careless with my carefully packed items because several things broke. Even my upright vacuum cleaner was bent out of alignment at the base. The owner of the company could not care less about my writing a review. When I first saw the companies review they had an A-. I told him I saw that now they have a C-. He told me it was a different company, but the phone number was the same, so what does he take me for? I can't tell you how much stress this company caused me. I'm about to put in an insurance claim, but I consider the outcome to be a loss. Also, when I called to set up service, the woman Claudia, was so nice and informative and really sold me on their company. Once I signed, she could not be reached. The worst is that they quoted me a price of $924 and then told me my things weighed more. They never did supply me with proof and charged me over $1200. What a terrible company. Please, do yourself a favor and don't use them. I should have gone with a more reputable company.
