This is not only the WORST moving company I have EVER done business with, but the WORST company in general. I have never been spoken to before, like I was spoken to by, not only a representative, John, but also his "supervisor", David. When the movers called and said they would be arriving a day early, we were obviously annoyed, but rushed to complete packing. To make it worse, they did not show up until 8:30 at night only to tell us there wasn't enough room in the truck & they would have to come back the next day. Fortunately, the actual company who was contracted to do the move is very friendly and understanding. When I called Sky to let them know my unsatisfaction with the way the events had played out, I was told by the rep, John that," sometimes things just don't work out the way we want." and " 8:30...that's not that late, sometimes people move at 3 in the morning." I told them that I understand that they feel 8:30 wasn't late, but when I had to still drive an hour to where I was suppose to stay, and get up early for work, it WAS late. I wanted them to know I did not like the total disregaurd for mine and my husband's time. Rather than simply apologizing for the situation I was yelled at & spoken on top of. Once I asked for the "supervisor" I was talked to ever worse, which made me more upset, which caused me to yell back, and I was told by the "supervisor" to ," Calm down and go have a drink!" To sum this up, I am shocked by the unprofessional demeanor of these individuals, and I will NEVER do business with them again. I will say again, that the only nice person I spoke with was a gentleman from All inclusive moving and storage, by the name of Ron. He was very nice, and I could not have asked for more from him. I like to consider myself a nice, rational person, but these other people from Sky brought out the worst in me. I am disappointed in there behavior, and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Also, please note that I rated them a 1 star for the simple fact that the system would not let me give them a zero!
