The worst move we have ever had. The packers did a good job, after that it was a complete disaster. Two men cam to load the moving van. The driver yelled and berated his helper the entire time. When they arrived at our new location the next day it got worse. Our furniture was stacked so high they could not get it off the truck. They had no ladder. They had to borrow one so they could reach the top pieces. There were mattresses (someone Else's) that laid in the street for the entire 6 hours that it took them to unload our belongings. They actually threw boxes of books off the truck. (we have pictures). The Driver and helper were still fighting. When all was done we had a leg broken off of an antique chest, 4 missing lamps, broken kitchen appliances, no ironing board and several other missing items. The insurance was useless.I would never use this company again.
