On 8/22/10, Kmart had advertised a Augen 7 in netbook 400MHZ Android DS for $89.99. I called the store that day and was told they didn't get any in and to try back in a few days. 8/25/10, I stopped into the store on Hertel Ave and was told the same thing but was issued a rain check. 9/12/10, I stopped back into the store and was told they still haven't received and after having a problem with the Asst. Store Manager I wrote to Kmart. Before writing to them I called 6 other Kmart stores from Buffalo, NY to Las Vegas and was told the same thing they didn't get any in. Matter of fact 4 of these stores said they didn't think they would be getting any of them. On 9/13/10, I heard back from Kmart Corporate office by email saying they would have a store manager contact me within 2 business days. Last night I still hadn't heard from the store manage so I emailed their Corporate Office again. Today I received an email from the Corporate office again saying their District Store Manager would be calling me within 2 business days. I received a call from the store manager today saying he doesn't know why they would advertise them and the District Store Manager asked him to give me a call and they would issue me a $20.00 gift card for my inconvenience. I told him I didn't want it and asked why they would advertise something and didn't honor it. All he could say is your still entitled to the gift card and please come pick it up. If I wouldn't of emailed Kmart again last night would I have heard from them today. Probably not. Is this how Kmart does business and treats their customers? If so, I don't want any part in supporting them. Be ware consumers especially with Xmas coming up. I wouldn't trust them.
