Do not buy product from this company online.
If you would like to try it call the customer service (800) number.
I have been told by many people the benefit of taking this supplement and how it helps with their pain management but they did warn me that once the company obtains your credit card information they will use it (autoship-without permission).
It happened to me six months after trying the product. I requested that the autoship be cancelled and they posted a charge to my account six months later. I am on a fixed income and explained this to the customer service agent who could only apologize for the inconvenience. I am livid. They state that I must first receive the product (that I didn't order) then return it and wait for the refund! This whole process can take two months!
What happened to good customer service? I recognize that there may be people who keep the product once they receive the refund but they have my credit card they could just charge it again. It makes no sense to me.
