Dave designed the complete (down to foundation and studs) remodel of our home after a fire. He listened to our basic ideas and then built on those with fabulous suggestions on both style and functionality. The original plan was to flip our home a few years after purchasing, but now we're so in love that we couldn't imagine ever moving! It fits our style perfectly.
He also showed us how to incorporate green building into our home and while it wasn't initially a priority for us, he made sure the suggestions were within our budget and even ended up saving us money! We love the efficiencies and energy savings and how effortless it is now to maintain our home. We brag about it to all our friends, but really it was Dave that encouraged us and made it happen.
There were the usual issues along the way, most of them out of anyone's control, however Dave managed the project well and stayed on top of small issues before they became big ones. He was very good about invoicing and keeping us in the loop on costs vs. our budget as well as how any changes affected our budget. He and his crew were also very responsive and always got back to us about concerns quickly. I've managed over 8 different contractors or construction companies and interviewed at least 2 dozen more and I can say without hesitation that it is incredible difficult to find those that have the skills in both business management and construction processes that Dave and his crew at Earth Bound Homes have. I highly recommend them and hope to work with them again.
