all went well ,just gave them the info they wanted and sam did the rest, i did not get phone calls from the bank and that was nice , i saved almost 500 amonth the next 25 yrs . it took about 7months from start to end . but well worth it . i get to keep the house i grew up in . thank you sam and his team
