all i can say is wow!! what a customer driven company! you don t see much of these in any industry these years! Bill and Kathleen have really done their homework in developing a company that prides itself on their exceptional customer service. i have never dealt with a company were you call in and every person is so happy to here from you and willing to help you in every way that they can. i mean even the receptionist who answers the phone knows about everything that this company offers and does. most of the time you call in and ask the receptionist a question and they have to put you on hold because they have no clue what they are doing. But not here! everyone is so very helpful. not only are their staff great but all of the products that they offer are great to. you know that they aren't going to fall apart in 2 years. you can definitely count on this company to bring you from start to finish of your project without dropping you on your feet.
