i purchased windows from this company in 2008. i was very happy with the windows. a few months ago the lock on my screen door broke. i called into the office and the service manager had a service tech out to my house 2 days later and they fixed the problem. they kept up their end of the contract with the warranty. my windows still look great also after 4 years. thank you for the great job.
