This company apparently is no longer in business!! No contact for the last 60 days

I am waiting on the final step in the process of finishing back tax problems. We paid significant fines and penalties and I am simply waiting for them to at least attempt to submit. They are not contacting me despite one week's worth of daily phone calls during business hours, daily emails to the people that I have dealt with for 2 years. This is extremely disappointing and I am very unhappy.
During my last contact today, I told them I would be posting on Yelp!, any review sites and contacting the BBB.
I want them to simply submit the request. They will not even call me.
